Terms & Conditions:

Services Provided:

  • Service Loop Electrical agrees to provide coaching services as detailed in the program description or service schedule agreed upon by both parties.

Program Commitment:

  • Clients enrolling in this program commit to completing the six-month program.

Klarna Financing and In-House Payment Plan:

  1. Klarna Financing:
    • Clients will pay $10,000 of the total program fee through Klarna.
    • The financing terms for this portion will be governed by Klarna’s own terms and conditions, which the client must agree to and follow. Service Loop Electrical is not responsible for any terms or conditions set by Klarna.
    • Clients are required to confirm their readiness to proceed with Klarna financing and must follow Klarna’s approval process.
  2. In-House Financing:
    • The remaining balance of $7,000 will be financed in-house by Service Loop Electrical without any interest.
    • Payment for this amount will be split into equal monthly installments over the agreed-upon timeframe. The first payment is due 30 days after the Klarna payment is confirmed.
    • Failure to meet the in-house financing terms may result in termination of services and forfeiture of any payments made to date.
  3. Guided Assistance:
    • Service Loop Electrical will provide step-by-step guidance through the financing process if needed.
  4. Confirmation and Agreement:
    • Clients must review and agree to the terms and conditions, including the non-refundable deposit and fund transfer deadlines.
  5. Final Steps and Follow-Up:
    • Clients must submit all financial information within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in the balance being charged to the card on file to maintain the program seat.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Clients may cancel with seven days' written notice. Fees paid, including the non-refundable deposit, are non-refundable.

Payments and In-house Financing:

  1. Pre-Approval and Deposit:
    • Clients must confirm readiness to proceed with financing.
    • Upon SLE approval, the first and 2nd month’s payments are due immediately and are non-refundable.
    • The remaining 5 months of the program will be billed every month on the same date of the initial transaction, and will begin billing 30 days after the initial 2-months deposit.
    • Any termination for any reason will forfeit the entire investment to date and the membership will be terminated immediately.
  2. Confirmation and Agreement:
    • Clients must review and agree to the terms and conditions, including the non-refundable deposit and fund transfer deadlines.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Clients may cancel with fourteen days' written notice. Fees paid, including the non-refundable deposit, are non-refundable.

Liability and Indemnification:

  • Clients are responsible for their business decisions and agree to indemnify Service Loop Electrical against any claims arising from the services provided.

Intellectual Property:

  • All materials produced by Service Loop Electrical remain its property. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license for personal use with proper attribution.

Confidentiality:

  • Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information exchanged during the agreement confidential.

General Provisions:

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

Force Majeure:

  • Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, wars, or government actions. The affected party must notify the other as soon as possible and resume obligations as soon as feasible.

Entire Agreement:

  • This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, superseding all prior discussions or agreements.
